That's bigger than a typical "Jet Ranger."

The 407 is a big helicopter.  A typical Jet-Ranger is a Bell 206 which is smaller, two-blade, single engine (sometimes double engines are optional), and has a much smaller payload.  The 407 you have here is significantly larger in size, four blades, but still a single engine helicopter.  It's extremely advantageous to have two engines since if one engine fails, the helicopter won't crash.  If a single engine helicopter failed, you'd start descending right away and it'd likely be a bumpy landing since the pilot has very little control of the vertical situation (keep in mind, helicopters glide much less than planes since they don't have large wings).  Of course, dual-engine helicopters cost a lot more to run (fuel and lubricant usage goes up significantly) and are significantly more expensive to purchase upfront.

I take A LOT of Public Transportation! Hundreds of hours of flights in COACH Class per year! Very painful! I can't afford to travel via these cool private aircraft!

Exactly!

If I flew Business or First Class, I'd spend roughly 10x on flights than I already do. That difference could pay for a new car or a new watch every year!
