The first one is almost perfect. One thing that I sometimes do with photos like these ( if you are open to cropping for composition and some critique ) is to look at them in black and white. That makes it easier to see if you are looking at a rectangle or a trapezoid. A composition that’s balanced will become a rectangle ( I use rectangle loosely as that includes the special case we also that’s a square). If the photo appears a trapezoid then you will need to make adjustments. When painting we solve for this by rotating the canvas and looking at it.
