Did I really read this in a House For Sale ad? “living room is often used to store additional cars”
I did a double take, looked more closely and there it was:
Location: Palm City, Florida
Seller’s Description: Car lover's paradise in Palm City
Main home is 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 car garage, plus 3 car carport.
Guest house is 2/2/1 and is often used to store cars in the living room!
The most private lot (1.4 acres) in gated, guarded and secure development. 1st Rt of Refusal on 1060sf Comm Condo w/30' ceiling for added car storage!
Here’s the proof:
My question: what is the likelihood the seller is a single (not married) man?
