I made an inevitable change to the QEII last night

I knew before I received it I would have to try a smooth black rubber strap on it.  The supplied grey alligator is awesome, but alas I had to see this.  I also used my blasted titanium buckle which matches much better.  I really like the outcome and will grab some better photos over the holiday.

Well the grey alligator is not very consistent for a diving watch.

you just need a gold buckle now and it will be perfect IMO. How do you find the comfort on the rubber, better than the supplied strap?

I like it.

Plus that strap and buckle is very comfortable. Enjoy. JerryW

The rubber suits it better imo.

I was thinking maybe a grey rubber strap like they have on the MS ROO would look good too. :)

Looks really nice!

I think you should send us a wrist pic so we can see it in action!

Cool! How about grey rubber instead?

I'm with Fernando that the grey rubber may match even better with this piece. Have fun, my friend! :) and Merry Christmas!

If I'm not mistaken, the grey rubber is only for the 44mm. I would definitely like to see a grey rubber strap that would fit the 42mm.

Indeed. I'll have some reasonable photos soon.
