Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 5402 summer pictures.

Aug 23, 2014,07:34 AM

This year was not an exception, I took the 5402 with me, as Italy, in my opinion, is a nice Country to live in, with the Royal Oak on the wrist.

I don't know why, but I always felt the Royal Oak was very italian, in the spirit. Chic, sport, elegant.

A great companion for the summer, even if I would not wear it ( too often, as it happened once or twice ) on the beach. Its bezel is a scratch magnet, and to polish it is a wallet killer.  wink

Here it is, in all its beauty:

And, as a beautiful extra bonus, it is one of the few watches I brought with me in Venezia.

The aesthetical outcome is just outstanding:

Best,

Nicolas

It is a Watch I miss when I don't wear it for a while. It had travelled with me quite a lot, as you saw during the IGOTT II in Vegas :) All the best, my friend. Nicolas

Agree with you, this watch has an Italian flair, definitely. Elegant, simple, subtle......no "kaboom" on your face! I envy you my friend. Cheers Francois
