Wow, that boat caught my attention. The watch maintained it. I remember the Wallypower 118. That was released about ten years ago, capable of more than 70 miles per hour. Thanks for the post. And thanks for including the boat. Brings me back to the time w...

aren´t that bad. A good start ;-) I would be happy with a "simple" Tender or any of their sail boats, if somebody takes care of the maintenance costs ... :-) A life without dreams would be very boring! Best, Oliver

Owning too much these days incurs too much maintenance costs. The problem with the sail boats is that they're way too expensive to charter. And they're even more expensive to own. And I don't think they're good for tax write-offs unless you work in a posi...

I don't want to like the watch (because it is white!!! and you are right, the first thing that comes to mind is Chanel!), and I am saying this as an AP RO Chrono Panda owner, so I love the brand. But the dial is absolutely mesmerizing, the blue edge is am...

. . . the white ceramic Offshore just has "it." I was predisposed not to like it, but it grows on me with every viewing. Very nice write-up and superb photos. M4

You have managed to capture the different looks of this watch. I have only handled it in the boutique lighting, and I see it differently in your photos (which are superb). I definitely agree that this watch is atop the new offerings from AP. I will be pos...

At least one fellow Purist comes to my mind, which is not into boats - as long as I know. But he has appropriate cars and one is even in white ... :-) Thanks, Michael! Oliver

Great photos Oliver. The white ceramic and blue accents on the dial is my favorite from this year's novelties. Regards, ED-209

The Mag Bang was a cool, futurisitic watch made of a fairly unique material (Magnesium and Aluminum) and a really different matt look... catching the essence of Wally in being out there/cutting edge. At the time, I think it was less than 80 grams which wa...
