Continuing on with my recent handling of Audemars Piguet's newest 42mm Royal Oak Offshore collection, let's take a closer look at the pink gold references. Introduced a few months ago at SIHH 2014 in Geneva, there are 2 new pink gold cased models, one off...

Nice report . . .

I'm a "white metal" guy, but the new gold Offshore on strap is a classy piece. The visual appeal of the black elements (strap, dial ring, sub-dials, pusher/crown) "make" the watch. I was able to try one on in LA and the term "drop dead gorgeous" passed my...

I'm confident you can pull this one off Dan!

I thought the stitching looked great. If I owned the watch, however, I'd put it on the Survivor rubber strap with gold tang buckle. I think it would be killer. Just my $.02. Dan

I guess..

That would be a really nice combination! I was thinking that maybe this watch would look better with the regular rubber strap but now i think it would look even better with the survivor strap!!

Yes, in person I thought they were fine.

In the boutique lighting it is not always easy to tell, but they did not seem out of place at all. Adds an extra level of detail for sure. You can tell Mastershop is a real AP addict, already dreaming of his first strap change before he even has the watch...

Sure it does...

I guess as every AP I have seen in pictures and in person sometimes they don't capture all the details you can see when handling them...

Thank you for your impression on these Goldies...

These new RG ROOs are my top favorites among the new 42mm offerings. They offer great wrist presence! I share your thoughts on the choice of the dial color for these RG models. While the color combo looks nice, I believe it's still an acquired taste to ma...

Thanks for adding the photos Wayne.
