What did you use to clean your RM35?

Hi Guys, do you mind sharing what did you use to clean your RM35? Our local boutique recommends using just water. I'm just wondering if water itself is sufficient to clean greasy print marks? Your experience and advise is highly appreciated.

Water

I would only use water and a microfiber cloth. I wouldn't use any alcohol based solvents. Havin said that, I do not own the 35 so cannot speak from experience but I recently held one in my AD. Good luck.

I always use baby shampoo as it's quite mild for all my pieces.

As that's what a few fellow collectors and friends here told me as well. Hope that helps

Manufacture recommendation...

...is indeed : "The case of the RM 035 should be cleaned with mild soapy water only." Pretty basic...by mild I think they mean warm and with a little soap.

Not necessarily

Tom, they say that for the RM011 Carbon, it's should be 'clear soapless (warm) water only'...(I guess there's a risk that some soaps discolor the carbon ?) Jury is still out on the 27...I have an info request in at the manufacture, waiting for confirmatio...

Confirmed
