My only blue dial Nauti until the 5711 and 5712 I'm waiting for. But what a beauty!!! Hope I could soon do a post with a blue dial trio...

I also love the blue dial ones

but I need to get my Nautilus in steel. Let's hope the 40th Anniversary Nautilus will come out with a blue dial. Best, Kari

I have 5980/1A-001

and I would happily change my dial to yours. However, these two-tone watches are not for me. I like sports watches made of steel, perhaps titanium. Best, Kari

I especially like

After the "missing dot" here comes the 3800 dual tone "short index"

I happens often

that indexes are misaligned or other things, nothing new. The blue dial and blue date are splendid, no doubt, if they made one like this now but only on steel I would be all over it, like Kari I like my Nautilus on steel

Fake Patek? Sorry about those aftermarket dials.

Uneven indices at 12 and the misaligned date really does make this fake Patek a bit of an eye sore. Did you buy it in Thailand or ??? Am curious what they're asking for them nowadays. If this is a genuine Patek, which I highly doubt, then it deeply sadden...

Haha!

This piece has Original box and papers, and just came out from authentification and service from Patek but if you say so...

Do you plan to send it in for correction?

Misalignment and defective dial indices are a QC problem. Patek was a much better company a decade or two ago and it deeply saddens me to see ongoing QC problems.
