Audemars Piguet: My opinion

…is that the 25829PT has a bit more classical approach, specifically the engraving on the movement. That’s something the VC does not offer. So VC being a bit more modern but plain. I personally prefer movement engraving so the AP wins. Of course having both is ideal but damn so hard to get!

Audemars Piguet: The blue…

…chapter rings QP is an earlier variant (D-serial) with a different ref: 25636PT. The one I have is 25829PT (F-serial 2010). Cheers

Audemars Piguet: RD2

The RD2 is a really really cool piece, but I just can't get over the fact that they chose a slate dial over the petite tapisserie which they used for the full platinum prototype.

Haven't posted here in a few years. Still my favourite after all these years. The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Openworked in platinum.
