Other than my issue with the long downtime, the service rendered during the two times I've been at the AP svc centre in Singapore had been fantastic - one to buy the GP strap and another to send in my watch. No queues, little waiting time, great customer service and good coffee.
I have a similar story to share. I bought a new ROO FC from an AD in Paris when I was there for a vacation in was the watch I've been eyeing for some time, especially encouraged from some of the wrist shots posted in the forum. Somehow, I didnt get to see it in the flesh whenever I visited the deal
