i have given the watch to my local ad (westime), they have send it to los angeles rm boutique to be checked. if problem is simple they will fix locally, if not it will be send to europe thanks
just installed the red rubber strap, i think it looks great. but will have to send it in to rm, power reserve is close to non after i take it off. worn it for 2 days straight (plus i wind it) and when it took it off it stopped two hours later. winding fells weird too. have to wind it for like a minu
there was a problem with the date wheel, it was 100% loose . if you moved the watch date started spining around. to problem with time keeping just with the date. regards
I am very disappointed with rm service center I send my month old rm28 for warranty repair, since date wheel was not working. Its been 5 months and they just told me it will still take another month more. Its a simple movement rm28. This should not be taking this long. Hope to have back mid november
