I paid with bank to bank transfer and by the time I realised I was being scammed I couldn't reverse the payment. Ebay are of no help.

Just a heads up on a seller on eBay millerjewelers formerly alpinejewelers. Unfortunately I was a victim of these clowns late last year, I was scammed out of US$9000, I should have done my homework but I put my trust in them being that they were supposed ...

(Greetings from a fellow Aussie in Melbourne here) Have you tried going through PayPal or through your own credit card (eg VISA) if that is how you paid for the original purchase on eBay. I once had to go through PayPal and Amex to get a refund for a fail...
