Fleabay scam, buyer beware

Just a heads up on a seller on eBay millerjewelers formerly alpinejewelers. Unfortunately I was a victim of these clowns late last year, I was scammed out of US$9000, I should have done my homework

but I put my trust in them being that they were supposed power sellers and had 100% feedback with over 40000 sales over the last 15 years. They sent out an item which took over 3 months to arrive so my complaint
to eBay was dismissed because there was a tracking number, I didnt receive a watch, just a $2 sesame street puzzle. I filed an FBI complaint and another form here in Australia, but have heard nothing.
I looked into these guys and found they were using fake photos stolen from legit sites and fake phone numbers. They disappeared off eBay shortly after the purchase, then to my surprise have shown up again as millerjewelers selling the same watches. they have somehow manipulated eBay as they have over 800 feedback and have been members since 1999. They are now based out of Tampa FL formerly out of Ohio, are using fake phone numbers, one I traced to a little league team in Tampa, one in Tallahassee and another in Miami. They have a fake website miller-jewelry.com , even a fake photo of the supposed owner.
I pretended to buy the exact watch I bought before using a new eBay account so I could see if they were using the same bank details, unfortunately they were different but I did get all the details.
JP Morgan Chase 790 East Broward Blvd Fort Lauderdale, account holder Miller Jewelry LLC 1888 nw 91 street Miami. Which I'm sure is a fake address.
I have given this info to the internet crimes division here in Australia and eBay but was wondering if there was any members in the Ft Lauderdale area that know of this bank and could alert the staff or law enforcement about this fraud. Thank you and buyer beware.

and I am really sorry to hear of your loss. I have been cheated before (not for watches) so I know the feeling. Best regards, Sham

(Greetings from a fellow Aussie in Melbourne here) Have you tried going through PayPal or through your own credit card (eg VISA) if that is how you paid for the original purchase on eBay. I once had to go through PayPal and Amex to get a refund for a fail...

I paid with bank to bank transfer and by the time I realised I was being scammed I couldn't reverse the payment. Ebay are of no help.

Bummer. Terrible luck!
