I haven't worn an AP in probably half a year...

so I switched watches yesterday and gave my bad boy "Dawn of a New Day" Offshore some sunshine.

Which can only be pardoned if you've been wearing a RM or something of the sort ;) Fun to see an AP on your wrist! What made you come back to it? S
Very Cool...

Needs a Kill Bill dial to complete the look. S
That's funny indeed.

I can see the point of not wearing something for so many months in order to fall in love all over again...it would feel like a new acquisition!
I am enjoying both...

...seeing that very special Offshore once again (it has been too long) and the responses to your not having worn it in half a year. :-) Enjoy the reunion. Best respo

I would need therapy. Looks great on your wrist. Best, JerryW
Did you lose the key to the safe?

Wow, 6 months! Sure, there are some in my line-up that I haven't worn more than half a year - but AP? Nah..... And it looks good on your wrist. Don't lose the key again, AT! Ken
I didn't lose the key :P

But I think some people think I lost some marbles from my head for not wearing an AP for such a long time! Cheers, Anthony
Awesome !

We need to see more pics of that one.
Reference?

I'm not usually an Offshore guy, but that watch looks amazing! What is the reference?
Thanks!

...also totally jelly of your Jumbo. :-)
It's one of only a handful of AP's with a prototype coating
By: AnthonyTsai : March 6th, 2015-19:56
Similar to PVD/DLC. I don\'t know the exact specifics of this prototype coating so hopefully Thomas can explain a little more in detail. I picked the hands and the dial so it was like having a custom made AP to my liking. Cheers, Anthony
Very cool!

Thanks for sharing. That's super neat--and very fortunate--to have such a one-of-a-kind piece! I don't know if it's my bad luck or good taste, but I always go for the unobtainable watches! haha Thanks again!
